Our Online Dog Training Membership has everything you need to take training your pup into your own hands. Our current self-paced classes include Basic Obedience, Advanced Basic Obedience, Recall Training (with an E-Collar), Loose Leash Walking, Puppy Training Series and so many more! We add about one new course every month as well! Not only that, but Jeff Scarpino (IACP-CDT) will be Live once every month answering questions about the courses in our private Facebook group that only our online students have access to! Dog Training Consultations - In Person

Consultations at our dog training facility in Newark VT are $250 and include up to 90 minutes of instruction with Jeff. We discuss the differences between dog psychology and human psychology and how behavior gets reinforced. We then talk about the specific behaviors your dog is exhibiting, what your goals are for your dog, and guide you towards solutions that fit with your lifestyle. We then demonstrate some of the dog training techniques for you and give you a training plan for moving forward. Consultations are a great way to get started, as you'll receive a large amount of information in this session, as well as clear action steps to take to meet your goals.

Private Lessons and Group Dog Training Classes

We no longer teach private lessons or group classes for the time being, and are happy to refer you to Anna Houghton of Low Key K9 Solutions. She teaches here at OTBT. Her email is lowkeyk9solutions@gmail.com.

There, we post all kinds of content designed to help you understand your dog on new levels. You can follow the progress of all dogs we have in for training, and ask any and all questions that you have, as well as learn from the questions that others have asked.

Cancellation Policy

All training cancellations made within 1 week of the reservation are subject to a fee of up to 50% of the appointment cost. Cancellations made further in advance will receive a full refund of their deposit.
