Doggie Daycare

We structure our doggie daycare program in Newark, VT in a way that emphasizes positive social interactions and light play. Dogs are expert communicators and teach each other proper social behavior in a pack environment. Our goal is to keep all dogs safe and happy. Dogs receive two monitored and structured play sessions per day, with mandatory down time in between the two sessions. We do not allow rough play. It is a great program for all dogs, whether they are the most social of the bunch just needing an outlet for their energy, or if they are brand new to being around other dogs and need to build some confidence. With our guidance, they all help each other learn and grow!

More Information

We evaluate all dogs prior to admittance into our dog daycare program. The full day evaluation is $55. Upon pickup, we discuss with you the behaviors we saw from your dog throughout the day and give recommendations for programs that might be of benefit. The daily price for daycare then changes to $35 per day. We will also need an up to date vaccination record proving your dog is current on rabies, distemper and Bordetella (kennel cough). Daily hikes in our 2 1/2 acre fenced-in wooded area can be added to daycare for $15.

Finally, our daycare program is not a drop-in service. We have limited availability for our daycare program and at times, there may be a waitlist. When you enroll your dog in daycare you are committing to your scheduled day every week - meaning if there is a day your dog is unable to attend, payment will still be expected for that day.
